FAQ's

Question:  Where are your items made? 

Answer: Our items are handmade in Los Angeles aside from our initial line of collars which use braiding from Chiapas and are assembled in Mexico City.

Question: How long does it take to process / ship my order? 

Answer: Processing an order can take anywhere between 24-72 hours. Sometimes sooner! We use USPS for shipping. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays.
